The challenge

A private school with billing done by hand, finance consuming months of work and information scattered across several tools.

What we built

Automatic billing over WhatsApp, connected to the school’s system, which reminds about payments, negotiates installment plans within defined rules and only brings in a person when needed. A dedicated system for financial reconciliation. And now, the evolution into a complete school management system.

The result

Financial reconciliation went from months of work to a few minutes a month. Billing runs every day, and the school’s team only steps in where needed.
