Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Ignition Sales Force Outsourcing LLC (“Ignition”, “we”). For any privacy matter, write to info@ignitionsalesforce.com.

2. What data we collect

• Data you send us: when you contact us through WhatsApp or email, we receive your name, your phone or email, your company name and the content of the messages.
• Technical browsing data: as on any website, the hosting server automatically records information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and running.
• Language preference: when you choose a language using the flags, we save that choice in your own browser (local storage). It is not sent to us.
• This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies and has no sign-up forms.

3. Why we use the data

• Answer messages and contact requests and prepare proposals (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest).
• Keep the site secure and running (legitimate interest).
• Comply with legal obligations and protect rights in case of dispute (legal obligation and regular exercise of rights).
• We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers needed for the service: the website hosting company (Hostinger), WhatsApp (Meta), when you contact us there, and our email provider. The site also loads third-party resources (such as a graphics library from Cloudflare and videos from a content delivery network), which may receive your IP address in order to deliver those files.

5. International data transfers

Some of these providers are outside your country. In those cases, we seek appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or recognition of an adequate level of protection, in accordance with the LGPD and the GDPR.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we become partners, for the duration of the contract and the periods required by law. After that, we delete or anonymize the data.

7. Your rights

You can, at any time:

• confirm whether we process your data and request access to it;
• correct incomplete or incorrect data;
• request deletion, blocking or anonymization of the data;
• request data portability;
• object to processing and withdraw any consent you have given;
• ask for information about who we share the data with.

To exercise any right, write to info@ignitionsalesforce.com. If you believe we have not resolved your case, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country (in Brazil, the ANPD; in Portugal, the CNPD; in Spain, the AEPD; in France, the CNIL; in the UK, the ICO).

8. Our clients’ data

When we build and maintain a system for a client company, we process the data the system holds (for example, its students’, clients’ or suppliers’ data) on behalf of and under the instructions of that company, which is responsible for it. This processing follows the contract with the client, with restricted access and security measures. Our promise: the client company’s data belongs to the client. We never sell or share a client’s information.

9. Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, such as secure connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. No system is 100% secure, but we act quickly if an incident occurs and notify those involved when the law requires it.

10. Children

The site is aimed at businesses and does not intentionally collect data from children.

11. Third-party links

The site has links to other services, such as WhatsApp. They have their own policies, which we recommend reading.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
